CommunityLIVE 2020 will take place virtually October 5-9, between 5 a.m. and 7 p.m. EDT each day. Attendees may access the system outside of these hours, understanding they may not receive immediate support for questions or possible issues.

Yes, registration is unique per individual. Upon registration, you'll receive a confirmation code that will be used to login to the virtual event. Registration login information may not be shared and only one device may be logged in at a time. Please see our Virtual Event Terms for more info.

Monday-Tuesday hands-on training is only available with the Complete package.
CommunityCENTRAL is the conference exhibit hall, featuring sponsor and Hyland industry, product and solution showcases, along with networking lounges. Bring your questions, and network with product experts in this virtual exhibit hall.
For some regions, yes. Based on the CommunityLIVE package selected, attendees can also view sessions on-demand at times that are most convenient to them.
Regional events for our customers and partners in Asia Pacific will be held virtually in November, as well. Please note that these are shorter events and will be a subset of the CommunityLIVE agenda and events. For the full conference experience and access to the most content, we hope you’ll join us for both CommunityLIVE and the events in your region.
There will not be a separate Hyland Summit | EMEA event this year. Instead, we are excited to host our EMEA customers and partners at CommunityLIVE. Dedicated sessions for our EMEA audience will begin at 10 a.m. GMT +1 hour.
Due to the pricing structure offered for the virtual event, alumni and group discounts are not available for CommunityLIVE 2020.
We welcome our international partners and customers to join us for our virtual CommunityLIVE event – either during posted conference hours or by viewing on-demand content at their convenience. Attendees based outside of the United States will receive a discount of 20 percent off the cost of the Essential and Complete packages. This discount is applied automatically during the registration process. We understand the conference occurs outside of business hours for many countries, which limits the live support and networking opportunities available to these attendees. Additionally, due to shipping restrictions, attendees based outside of the contiguous United States will not receive a welcome kit.
There may be giveaways and other items available at no additional charge during the event. It is the responsibility of all government or public sector employees, officials or their representatives to confirm that their attendance at this event is in compliance with all applicable statute, laws, regulations, and your employer’s policies related to gifts, meals, entertainment and ethics. By attending this event, you certify that your employer has approved your attendance at this event and that you will abide by all such laws and policies in connection with your participation.
New registrations will be accepted until 7 p.m. (EDT), October 9. Space for hands-on training seat is limited with the Complete package. Registrations will be accepted on a first-to-register basis.
After September 1, Essential and Complete package registrants* are not guaranteed a conference welcome kit due to limited quantities and shipping requirements. Pricing for these levels will not change for attendees who do not register in time to receive a conference welcome kit.

Due to the nature of the virtual event, credit card payment is required at the time of registration, if selecting the Essential or Complete package.
Hyland Virtual Event Terms can be viewed here. Before registering for this event, you will be asked to agree to the Hyland Virtual Event Terms.
Cancellations made on or before August 21 will be refunded at 100 percent. Cancellations made from August 22 through September 4 will be refunded at 50 percent. Cancellations made after September 4 will not be refunded. Substitutions are welcome. Substitutions will be accepted via the online registration system and must be made on or before October 2. Paid registrants who do not submit an online cancellation by the deadline, fail to send a substitute, or do not attend the conference forfeit their entire registration fee. If a substitution is required after October 2, please email CommunityLIVE@Hyland.com.
If you cancel and re-register, your new registration will reflect the current pricing as of the date of your final registration. Earlier registration pricing (such as early-bird pricing) may not be honored based on that date.
CommunityLIVE 2021 is currently scheduled to take place at the brand new Caesars Forum, October 10-14, in sunny Las Vegas, Nevada.
During the Monday-Tuesday, hands-on training, more than 40 hands-on classes are available. These in-depth, technical training classes are 3.5 hours each and provide an opportunity for attendees to complete training exercises in a virtual environment, with a real-time Hyland instructor.
CommunityLIVE offers more than 160 sessions within the Essential and Complete packages during the Wednesday-Friday portion of the event. These 30-minute informational sessions include product overviews, industry best practices and customer success stories. Additionally, the Essential and Complete packages provide access to self-paced labs during the event, where users can follow short training exercises within a real-time, self-guided environment.
Hyland exhibits will be available in CommunityCENTRAL. Please visit the industry or solution station related to your question and a Hyland expert will work with you to ensure you have all the information you need. We will also have a document library with content available for download.
To ensure all Hyland-Certified Professionals uphold high performance standards, all Hyland recertifications provide accreditation for two years after the requirement has been met.
The following recertifications are available during the Monday and Tuesday training at CommunityLIVE:
OCSA (OnBase Certified System Administrator)
The OnBase Certified System Administrator (OCSA) certification is awarded to OnBase System Administrators who possess a high level of OnBase knowledge, understand how OnBase is used in their organization, and demonstrate the ability to support and maintain their OnBase solution.
Requirement: Attend the System Administration Recertification course at CommunityLIVE.
OCASA (OnBase Certified Advanced System Administrator)
The OnBase Certified Advanced System Administrator (OCASA) certification is awarded to OnBase system administrators who exhibit an advanced level of OnBase product knowledge and demonstrate the ability to capably administer and enhance their OnBase solution.
Requirement: Attend the System Administration Recertification course at CommunityLIVE.
OCWA (OnBase Certified Workflow Administrator)
The OnBase Certified Workflow Administrator (OCWA) certification is awarded to certified OnBase system administrators who demonstrate the ability to support and maintain an extensive OnBase Workflow solution.
Requirement: Attend any course during the two-day technical training at CommunityLIVE.
OCAWA (OnBase Certified Advanced Workflow Administrator)
The OnBase Certified Advanced Workflow Administrator (OCAWA) certification is awarded to certified OnBase Workflow administrators who demonstrate an advanced level of OnBase Workflow knowledge and the ability to support, maintain, and enhance their OnBase Workflow solutions.
Requirement: Attend any course during the two-day technical training at CommunityLIVE.
OCWV (OnBase WorkView Certification)
The OnBase WorkView Certification (OCWV) is awarded to OnBase professionals who demonstrate the ability to design and implement cutting-edge OnBase WorkView solutions based on a customer’s business requirements.
Requirement: Attend any sessions during the two-day technical training at CommunityLIVE.
OCSE (OnBase Certified Support Engineer)
The OnBase Certified Support Engineer (OCSE) certification is awarded to OnBase professionals who demonstrate the ability to resolve customer issues as the first line of support for an OnBase solution.

Self-paced labs provide hands-on time with Hyland solutions and let you work at your own pace and on your schedule. Self-paced labs are offered Wednesday-Friday.
