What is CommunityCENTRAL?

CommunityCENTRAL is the conference exhibit hall, featuring sponsor and Hyland industry, product and solution showcases, along with networking lounges. Bring your questions, and network with product experts in this virtual exhibit hall.

Will there be separate events in international time zones?

For some regions, yes. Based on the CommunityLIVE package selected, attendees can also view sessions on-demand at times that are most convenient to them.

Regional events for our customers and partners in Asia Pacific will be held virtually in November, as well. Please note that these are shorter events and will be a subset of the CommunityLIVE agenda and events. For the full conference experience and access to the most content, we hope you’ll join us for both CommunityLIVE and the events in your region.

There will not be a separate Hyland Summit | EMEA event this year. Instead, we are excited to host our EMEA customers and partners at CommunityLIVE. Dedicated sessions for our EMEA audience will begin at 10 a.m. GMT +1 hour.

I’ve attended CommunityLIVE in the past. Am I eligible for an alumni discount?

Due to the pricing structure offered for the virtual event, alumni and group discounts are not available for CommunityLIVE 2020.

What is the international discount, and what does it cover?

We welcome our international partners and customers to join us for our virtual CommunityLIVE event – either during posted conference hours or by viewing on-demand content at their convenience. Attendees based outside of the United States will receive a discount of 20 percent off the cost of the Essential and Complete packages. This discount is applied automatically during the registration process. We understand the conference occurs outside of business hours for many countries, which limits the live support and networking opportunities available to these attendees. Additionally, due to shipping restrictions, attendees based outside of the contiguous United States will not receive a welcome kit.

Are there restrictions for Government/Public Sector employees?

There may be giveaways and other items available at no additional charge during the event. It is the responsibility of all government or public sector employees, officials or their representatives to confirm that their attendance at this event is in compliance with all applicable statute, laws, regulations, and your employer’s policies related to gifts, meals, entertainment and ethics. By attending this event, you certify that your employer has approved your attendance at this event and that you will abide by all such laws and policies in connection with your participation.

When is the last day I can register for CommunityLIVE?

New registrations will be accepted until 7 p.m. (EDT), October 9. Space for hands-on training seat is limited with the Complete package. Registrations will be accepted on a first-to-register basis.

After September 1, Essential and Complete package registrants* are not guaranteed a conference welcome kit due to limited quantities and shipping requirements. Pricing for these levels will not change for attendees who do not register in time to receive a conference welcome kit.

*Registrants with contiguous U.S. mailing addresses only

Am I automatically registered for the conference if I received an invitation?

No. Please visit the Registration page to begin!
