Each morning of the conference, we’ll be starting our day right with yoga or bootcamp classes, led by certified Hyland instructors. We want to share our company culture of wellness with the entire Hyland community. Join us and get centered for the action-packed day ahead!
All levels yoga flow that incorporates breath, strength, flexibility and fun to help you feel the zen.
A high-level cardio workout that incorporates breath, movement and increased heartrate to jump-start your day.

Yoga mats will be provided for you to keep. Registration not required. Participants must sign a liability waiver to participate in CommunityFIT sessions.
For Colleen and yoga, it was love at first sight. “Immediately, I began to notice a physical and mental change. I was happier, calmer, kinder. Liz has been with Hyland for 10 years, assisting executives with their time and schedules. Daily workouts keep her on point accomplishing her biggest goal: managing her four kids. Liz is a certified Insanity Instructor and Boot Camp Instructor, and finds balance with running and yoga.
Kate is certified at the 200-hour level in Baptiste Power Vinyasa. Her love for yoga has grown beyond physical fitness, and she has continued her studies of therapeutic yoga and meditation practices to share all the benefits of yoga and the healing arts with her clients.
