I’m eligible for the group discount. Why isn’t it automatically applying?
The group discount is automatically applied when three or more paid* attendees from the same organization sign up multiple attendees concurrently for the same admission item. The discount will not be applied if more people from your organization register separately.
*All attendees counted toward the group discount must provide payment to be eligible. Attendees using free or reduced-price courtesy passes will not count toward either group registration discount program.
Please contact us at CommunityLIVE@Hyland.com for assistance on registering group members separately.
-
What if I qualify for more than one discount? Can I have both?
Yes. Let's say you attended CommunityLIVE 2022, and you are attending with two additional people from your organization this year. You will save a total of $400 on your registration if you register before July 31, 2023. That's $200 for the alumni discount and $200 for each group member who qualifies. Of course, if the other two folks from your organization also attended in 2022, they'll qualify for that alumni discount as well!
-
Is there a discount for international attendees?
Yes. To help offset the high cost of traveling internationally, all registrants outside of the contiguous United States receive a $400 discount off the current pricing. The discount is automatically applied at registration.
Discounts only apply to the conference registration fee and are not applicable toward guest fees, hotel, airfare, etc. All attendees are responsible for their hotel and transportation costs.
