Registration

  • Where is the conference?

CommunityLIVE 2022 will be held at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center, located at 2800 Opryland Drive, Nashville, Tennessee, U.S.A. All classes and meals will take place on property. Please view the travel information and book your room directly through the supplied link to secure our special conference rate.

  • Is there an option to attend CommunityLIVE virtually?

There will not be a hybrid option to virtually attend the conference simultaneously. Select sessions and content will be offered online after CommunityLIVE for those unable to attend the conference in-person.

  • What is included in the registration cost?

Whatever conference pass you choose, registration includes:

    • All sessions for the days you are registered
    • Keynote sessions
    • Lunch and continental breakfast on the days you are registered
    • Evening events, which include food, refreshments, entertainment and transportation (when applicable) on Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
    • Self-paced labs, Tuesday through Thursday
    • Industry-specific social events/receptions
    • Hyland- or sponsor-branded items such as insulated mug and T-shirt

  • Are there any discounts available?

Yes! Discounts are available for alumni attendees, groups of three (3) or more, and those travelling internationally. Visit the registration page for more details. Additional discounts may be combined if eligible.

  • I’m eligible for an alumni discount. Why isn’t it automatically applying?
The alumni discount is automatically applied if you attended CommunityLIVE 2014–2019 or purchased a paid package for virtual CommunityLIVE 2020–2021 (free packages are not eligible). The discount is non-transferable. If you are attempting to register using a different email address, please contact us at CommunityLIVE@hyland.com for assistance.
  • I’m eligible for the group discount. Why isn’t it automatically applying?

The group discount is automatically applied when three (3) or more paid* attendees from the same organization sign up multiple attendees concurrently for the same admission item. The discount will not be applied if more people from your organization register separately.

*All attendees counted toward the group discount must provide payment to be eligible. Attendees using free or greatly reduced passes will not count toward either group registration discount program.

Please contact us at CommunityLIVE@hyland.com for assistance on registering group members separately.

  • What if I qualify for more than one discount? Can I have both?
Yes, if discounts are eligible. Let's say you attended CommunityLIVE in 2018, and you are attending with two additional people from your organization this year. You will save a total of $400 on your registration — $200 for the alumni discount and $200 for each group member who qualifies. Of course, if the other two folks from your organization also attended in 2014–2019 or purchased a paid package in 2020 or 2021, they'll qualify for that alumni discount as well! Attendees using free or greatly reduced passes will not count toward any additional discount program.
  • Is there a discount for international attendees?

Yes. To help offset the high cost of traveling internationally, all registrants outside of the contiguous United States receive a $400 discount off the current pricing. The discount is automatically applied at registration.

The discount only applies to the conference registration fee and is not applicable toward guest fees, hotel, airfare, etc. All attendees are responsible for their hotel and transportation costs.

  • Am I automatically registered for the conference if I received an invitation?
No. You still need to register. Please visit the registration page to begin.
  • I need help registering. Whom should I contact?
    Please email CommunityLIVE@Hyland.com for assistance.
  • Are there restrictions for government/public sector employees?

There may be giveaways and other items available at no additional charge during the event. It is the responsibility of all government or public sector employees, officials or their representatives to confirm that their attendance at this event is in compliance with all applicable statute, laws, regulations and employer’s policies related to gifts, meals, entertainment and ethics. By attending this event, you certify that your employer has approved your attendance at this event and that you will abide by all such laws and policies in connection with your participation.

  • When is the last day I can register for the conference?

Online registrations are accepted until 11:59 p.m. on Saturday, September 10, 2022.

On-site registration at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center begins at 8 a.m. on Sunday, September 11. Please note that on-site registration prices are more expensive than early-bird or advanced conference rates, so make sure you book early!

  • I missed the online registration deadline. Where can I register on site?

Attendees will be able to register on site using a credit card at the conference registration desk located on the main concourse of the Gaylord Opryland Convention Center just outside of the Delta Ballroom.

Please note: In order to receive your conference badge, payment must be processed on-site.

Conference policies

  • Can I bring family and friends to the conference?

Guests are permitted but must meet the same qualifications as attendees and must be registered and paid for separately. Visit the Registration page for pricing.

Guests must be 21 years of age or older to attend meals and conference events. Children of any age are not permitted in any CommunityLIVE areas including registration, meals, breaks, sessions, receptions, exhibit space, etc.

  • What is the conference cancellation policy?

Cancellations made on or before July 15 will be refunded at 100%. Cancellations made from July 16 through August 12 will be refunded at 50%. Cancellations made after August 13 will not be refunded. Cancellations made within a group registration may disqualify other members from receiving the group discount, if the organization does not then meet the group discount requirements.

Substitutions are welcome. Substitutions will be accepted via the online registration system and must be made on or before September 9. Paid registrants who do not submit an online cancellation by the deadline, fail to send a substitute or do not attend the conference forfeit their entire registration fee. If a substitution is required after September 9, please email CommunityLIVE@hyland.com.

Individuals are responsible for canceling their own hotel and travel reservations. Hyland does not accept liability for hotel or travel costs. If you cancel and re-register, your new registration will reflect the current pricing as of the date of your final registration. Earlier registration pricing (such as early-bird pricing) may not be honored based on that date.

  • I’ve noticed photographers and videographers at the conference in the past. Will my picture appear anywhere?

Photographs and videos will be taken during the conference for use in future promotional materials, and your image may appear in future Hyland marketing materials. By attending the event, you consent to Hyland’s use of photographs and other images of you for all Hyland-related business, including use in promotional materials, marketing efforts and productions, and training or educational materials or courses, without limitation.
