The safety of our attendees and staff are our highest priority. Hyland is complying with all local COVID-19 guidelines and regulations. For day-of event information regarding COVID-19 policies and protocols, reference the venue website.

Currently, facial coverings are not required by the CDC or the state of Tennessee, and Hyland is not requiring proof of vaccination. We encourage attendees who are immunocompromised or not fully vaccinated to consider wearing a mask and to follow then-current guidance for social interactions. Hand sanitizing stations will be set up throughout the event in conjunction with the CDC’s continued recommendation of thorough hand washing.

We appreciate your understanding as we work hard to keep all attendees safe and healthy. If you are not feeling well or have reason to believe you may have been exposed to COVID-19, we strongly urge you to follow the CDC guidelines for self-quarantine and not to travel.
