Each morning of the conference, we’ll be starting our day right with yoga or bootcamp classes, led by certified Hyland instructors. We want to share our company culture of wellness with the entire Hyland community. Join us and get centered for the action-packed day ahead!


All levels yoga flow that incorporates breath, strength, flexibility and fun to help you feel the zen.

Orangetheory Fitness

Orangetheory is a science-backed, technology-tracked, coach-inspired group workout designed to produce results from the inside out. The hardest part of our workouts is showing up. Orangetheory makes it simple for you to push yourself, be your personal best and give you more.

Start your day with CommunityFIT

  • When: Sunday – Thursday, 7-8 a.m.
  • Where: Grand Ballroom B
  • Sunday, September 15: Yoga with Colleen*
  • Monday, September 16: Orangetheory Fitness Boot Camp
    • Orangetheory Fitness certified coaches will lead participants through a boot-camp-style workout made up of body weight movements. The workout will involve the trio of components on which an Orangetheory class is based: endurance, strength and power. Inclusive of a warm up and cool down, the boot camp is comprised of a mixture of strength and cardiovascular movements to give participants a total body workout imitating our heart-rate-based interval training classes in our studios.

*Yoga mats will be provided for you to keep. Registration not required. Participants must sign a liability waiver to participate in CommunityFIT sessions.

CommunityFIT Instructors

Colleen Alber

For Colleen and yoga, it was love at first sight. “Immediately, I began to notice a physical and mental change. I was happier, calmer, kinder. Each and every day I strive to live a #yogalife – on and off the mat – and aim to motivate my students to do the same. I believe that yoga is for everyone and that, regardless of your current abilities, yoga will change your life.”

Coach Rachel

Rachel has always had a passion for fitness and helping others along their fitness journey. She was a collegiate athlete for 4 years where she played basketball and ran track and field. Rachel graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Physical Education and has now been in the fitness industry for 8 years. She worked as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor for three years at Anytime Fitness before moving on to teach a variety of classes including cycling, dance, boot camp and cardio kickboxing at various gyms and studios. She was also a certified Lagree Instructor at Core Cle for a year. Rachel can now be found coaching Orangetheory classes in the Rocky River studio during afternoons and evenings.

Coach Tom

Tom is a certified personal trainer and has been working in the fitness industry for over five years after making a career change from the sales industry to help change people's lives. Tom began with one-on-one training before moving to boot camp workouts and then to his current position with Orangetheory. Tom is the Head Coach at the Orangetheory Westlake studio and has coached more than 3,000 classes in his three years there. He is proud to say he still carries the same passion he had on day one. Tom is excited to bring his motivating energy to the Hyland community, and is always the first to tell his members, "Take care of your body and your mind to be the best you that you can be."

Coach Bily

Bily is an ACE certified personal trainer and a 200-hour-registered yoga teacher. She graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations from Ashland University, but after five years in event planning and advertising, she decided to make a change. Bily took the leap and started her own yoga nonprofit, Tough as Milk. That, paired with the empowering environment of Orangetheory Fitness, allows her to fulfill her goals of helping others reconnect with their bodies and de-stress in a healthy way. Bily can be found coaching at the Downtown Cleveland and Lakewood studios.
