Mel will take the stage following Hyland CEO Bill Priemer during Tuesday morning’s General Session.

Mel Robbins is a serial entrepreneur, best-selling author, internationally recognized social media influencer and sought-after motivational speaker.

Her digital platform inspires more than 20 million people a month with transformative videos, articles and positive psychology research. Mel’s latest book, The 5 Second Rule, has been translated into 29 languages, was the world’s No. 1 audiobook in 2017, and is one of the top five most read books on Amazon. Her TEDx talk about change has more than 14 million views. She’s the host of an original advice show on Audible, Kick Ass with Mel Robbins. Mel’s media company, The Confidence Project, Inc., produces personal development programming and online courses for her global student body and corporate partners – taken by more than 50,000 people a year.

On stage, Mel is a riveting, fun and unforgettable speaker – teaching audiences a wide range of science-backed strategies with life-changing impact. Tuesday Afternoon General Session Keynote Performer

In his 20-plus year career, John Ondrasik has sold over 2.5 million albums. Under the name Five for Fighting, he’s best known for his Grammy Award-nominated hit "Superman (It's Not Easy)" and the album "Battle for Everything," which spawned the 2X platinum "100 Years.” John’s music has been featured in 350 films, TV shows and advertisements ranging from the "The Blind Side" to "Hawaii Five-O." He has also written tunes for everyone from Josh Groban to The Backstreet Boys.

John has spoken around the world, from TED Talks to the Salk Institute. He has graced The Kennedy Center stage, performed with symphonies around the country, and played for world leaders and presidents.

"Music is the great healer as well as being a unique vehicle in raising awareness and funds for important causes," he said. John has performed regularly for the USO, and through the website whatkindofworlddoyouwant.com, he has helped raise more than $250,000 for five designated charities.
