The discount only applies to the conference registration fee and is not applicable toward guest fees, hotel, airfare, etc. All attendees are responsible for their hotel and transportation costs.

Yes. Let's say you attended our conference in 2015 and you are attending with two additional people from your organization this year. You will save a total of $400 on your registration - $200 for the alumni discount and $200 for each group member that qualifies. Of course, if the other two folks from your organization also attended in 2015, 2016 or 2017, or Inspire 2017, they'll qualify for that alumni discount as well!
Online registrations are accepted until 11:59 p.m., Saturday, September 8. On-site registration at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center begins at 7:00 a.m., Sunday, September 9.

Pre-registration is only required for the Advanced Hands-on Training classes on Sunday and Monday, due to limited computer availability. You will select those classes on the registration form. Attendees do not need to pre-select classes held during the main conference, Tuesday through Thursday; however, you may wish to build your personal agenda to plan your week using the conference mobile app, available a few weeks before the event.

For OnBase Certified System Administrators and Advanced System Administrators: Attend the System Administration re-certification course offered on Sunday or Monday.
For OnBase Certified Workflow Administrators and OnBase Certified Advanced Workflow Administrators: Attend courses on Sunday and Monday training that are relevant to your Workflow solution. Because many components are related to Workflow, individuals can attend any two sessions during Sunday and Monday to renew their certification.
For OnBase WorkView Certification: Attend any courses at Sunday and Monday training that are relevant to your WorkView solution. Because many components are related to WorkView, individuals can attend any two sessions during Sunday and Monday to renew their certification.
Sunday and Monday are split in to morning and afternoon sessions - so each attendee would attend two classes on Sunday and two classes on Monday. Typically, the attendees are technical and have some OnBase experience, although there are sessions intended for beginners. There will be about 14 tracks to choose from each day. Classes held Sunday and Monday are 3.5 hours in length.
TechQuest doesn't offer the same number of classes. TechQuest typically has about 120 technical attendees — so the classes are smaller. CommunityLIVE will have several hundred people in attendance Sunday and Monday and over 2,000 attendees Tuesday through Thursday.
Tuesday through Thursday at CommunityLIVE is not considered training — the format consists of fast-paced, high-level presentations. There ARE self-paced, hands-on labs available all day, but they are not true classes. Pre-conference on Monday and Tuesday is — with the exception of two tracks — hands-on, instructor-led, training.
Sunday and Monday pre-conference training: There is one morning and one afternoon session, each about 3.5 hours in length.
Tuesday - Thursday: There will be multiple sessions, and each session is about 45 minutes in length.
We'll have 40-plus Expert Stations in CommunityCENTRAL located in the Delta Ballroom. Please visit the industry or solution station related to your question and a Hyland expert will work with you to ensure you have all the information you need.

CommunityLIVE will be held at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center. All classes and meals will take place on property. Please book your room directly with the hotel via the Hotel & Travel information to secure the special conference rate. You are required to provide a credit card to reserve your room.
A block of rooms for CommunityLIVE is available for all attendees at $199 per night, plus tax (these taxes are currently 9.25% state tax, 6% occupancy tax, and $2.50 city tax per room per night). A daily resort fee of $18 per night is included in the price above for conference attendees. Rooms fill up quickly so book early! Reservations must be made on or before Friday, July 27, 2018.

Conference attendees receive a group rate of $199 per night, plus taxes (state tax 9.25%, 6% occupancy tax, and $2.50 city tax per room per night, plus daily resort fees), based on availability for three (3) days pre- and post-peak dates of Friday through Sunday, September 7-9, 2018, and Thursday through Saturday, September 13-15, 2018.

Of course, if a room is available when you arrive, you may check in. If you arrive and a room is not ready, the hotel bellman can store any luggage and the front desk will send a text when your room is ready.
A deposit equal to one night's stay and tax is required to hold each individual's reservation. Should a guest need to cancel a hotel reservation, notice must be received at least 72 hours prior to arrival for the deposit to be refunded.
Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center is a 15-minute drive from Nashville International Airport (airport code BNA). The website lists several options for ground transportation, including shuttles, taxis and car rentals.
September temperatures in Nashville range from a high of 83 to a low of 62. There is plenty of air-conditioning in the conference center. Please dress comfortably and casually for all sessions and events, keeping in mind that layers work best for classes, where room temperatures often vary. Evening events may be held outside and shorts are appropriate. Comfortable shoes are suggested as well.
Yes. CommunityLIVE, Hyland and OnBase gear will be for sale in CommunityCENTRAL, Tuesday through Thursday. Of course, we'll have some surprises for you in your conference "swag bag" too!
During the registration process, please note any specific dietary needs. When onsite, at any point when you feel the food available does not meet your dietary requirements, please make sure you contact a banquet team member. They will provide you with other options to suit your needs.
During pre-conference training on Sunday and Monday, refreshments will be provided in the foyer areas outside of the meeting rooms throughout the day. Because these sessions do not have specific break times, beverages are provided continuously.
During CommunityLIVE days on Tuesday through Thursday, refreshments will be provided during specified "refreshment break" times. These breaks will take place in CommunityCENTRAL, located in the Delta Ballroom.
Beverages will also be provided during breakfast and lunch each day, and shops near the convention center have items available for purchase.
Self-parking is $29 inclusive of tax
Valet parking is $38 inclusive of tax
Attendees have in/out parking privileges throughout the day, as long as a room key is used and parking is activated on the room.
CommunityLIVE 2019 will be held September 15-19 at The Huntington Convention Center of Cleveland in Cleveland, OH.
All payments for registration fees and/or sponsorship fees must be paid in full in order to attend/exhibit at the conference. Any participant with an unpaid balance will be required to pay their outstanding balance via a credit card on-site at CommunityLIVE.
Photographs and videos will be taken during the conference for use in future promotional materials, and your image may appear in future Hyland marketing materials. By attending the event, you consent to Hyland's use of photographs and other images of you for all Hyland-related business, including use in promotional materials, marketing efforts and productions, and training or educational materials or courses, without limitation.
Guests are permitted but must meet the same qualifications as attendees, and must be registered and paid for separately.
Full Guest Pass: $350
This guest pass will include breakfast and lunch on all conference dates (Sunday - Thursday), as well as all of our evening networking events, including Thursday's closing reception.
Partial Guest Pass: $100
These guest passes are for those who will only want to attend Tuesday's welcome reception or Thursday's closing reception. Must be 21 years of age.
Guest passes may be purchased online through the Registration page on or before September 8, or onsite at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center. Credit cards only.
Please note: Guests must be 21 or older to attend meals and conference events. Children of any age are not permitted in any CommunityLIVE areas including registration, meals, breaks, sessions, receptions, exhibit space, etc.
Cancellations made on or before July 20 will be refunded at 100%. Cancellations made from July 21 through August 17 will be refunded at 50%. Cancellations made after August 17 will not be refunded. Cancellations made within a group registration may disqualify other members from receiving the group discount, if the organization does not then meet the group discount requirements. Substitutions welcome. Substitutions will be accepted via the online registration system and must be made on or before September 9. Paid registrants who do not submit an online cancellation by the deadline, fail to send a substitute or do not attend the conference forfeit their entire registration fee. If a substitution is required after September 9, please email CommunityLIVE@hyland.com.
Individuals are responsible for canceling their own hotel and travel reservations. Hyland does not accept liability for hotel or travel costs. If you cancel and re-register, your new registration will reflect the current pricing as of the date of your final registration. Earlier registration pricing (such as early-bird pricing) may not be honored based on that date.
